“Stay in the Light.”
48”x48” Oil on Hardboard
100 hours went into this painting, of a girl that depicts the church, in the world. She is safe in the light, while she is in the light, even though she currently lives in a dark and dangerous world.

“Gethsemane.”

Many artists over the years have created images of Christ in the Garden, calmly kneeling and praying. But I don’t believe it was so calm as often portrayed. He was in agony. He wrestled with darkness and sweat great drops of blood. No one watched with him. This is a reminder of the pain he endured, that final trial before heading to the cross.

“Lost Creek Mural.”
16ft x 50ft - MTN 94’ Spraypaint
Client wanted several design elements added around the pre-existing artwork inside the rectangles from the 1970s. An Indian. A tribute to the millitary. A soldier. Strong Family Values. A Banner that said, “Lost Creek Art”. Wings with a “W” in the middle (his family business logo). All of it was performed on a 36” wide ledge of ground, with a drop-off to lost creek below.

“Pleased to Save.” (Charcoal Version)

Customer wanted a charcoal rendition of Jesus reaching out his hand and saving her from drowning (like he did for Peter). His eyes tell the whole story: It is not a burden for him to save us, he is pleased to forgive us our sins, and deliver our souls from death!
